1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any feature of OK Voice AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content under applicable law.
• Generate speech that impersonates a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent. This includes cloning or mimicking the voice, speaking style, or identity of any individual — public or private — in a way that could deceive listeners or damage that person's reputation. This prohibition applies regardless of the voice or technique used.
• Create content intended to harass, threaten, or defame any individual or group.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the Service's rate limits, authentication, or APIs.
• Resell access to the Service without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

3. Intellectual property and ownership of outputs

You retain ownership of the content you submit (audio, text) and the outputs the Service generates for you (transcripts, generated audio), subject to these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or use as source material. OK Voice AI claims no ownership over your inputs or outputs, but you grant us a limited licence to process them in order to deliver the Service.

4. Credits and subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you use transcription or text-to-speech features, as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.
• Refunds: Credits are consumed on use and are non-refundable unless the Service failed to produce output due to a verified platform error on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant transaction to admin@okvoiceai.com.
• Unused credits: Monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 14 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription or speech outputs will be accurate. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic approximations and should be reviewed before use in any professional, legal, or public-facing context.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OK Voice AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
